问题：
RaspberryPi-Ubuntu-mate-18.04系统中，电容触摸部分菜单无法正常使用
解决方法：
这属于RaspberryPi-Ubuntu-mate-18.04系统的bug问题，暂时无法解决!
但是最新的版本Ubuntu-mate-20.10系统，已经升级解决了这个问题！用户请使用最新的系统！！！
